ALL APPRAISALS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU WITHIN A 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND TIME. IF WE CANNOT MEET THIS DEADLINE, YOU WILL BE CALLED AS TO OUR ACCESS DIFFICULTIES.

ALL APPRAISALS ARE C.O.D. AT TIME OF INSPECTION. WE CAN ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS. NO APPRAISAL WILL LEAVE OFFICE WITHOUT PAYMENT.
